What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Coordinator position at JENLOR Integrations, LLC?
About the Role
This is a hybrid role built for someone who doesn't want to be boxed into a single lane. One day you're speaking with a curated list of our best prospects or working a room at an industry event. The next you're drafting a blog post, scheduling LinkedIn content, or helping optimize a digital ad campaign. You'll work directly with the CEO and be embedded in the growth engine of the company from day one.
As a Business Development Coordinator at JENLOR Integrations, you'll be on the front lines, picking up the phone, knocking on doors, and showing up where our prospects are. But you'll also be helping shape how the market sees us, managing brand awareness efforts, creating content, and extending our reach across every channel that matters.
We're not looking for a finished product. We're looking for someone hungry, scrappy, and ready to prove what they're capable of. If you've been waiting for a real opportunity to sink your teeth into, this is it.
What You Will Be Doing
Outbound Business Development
- Proactively make outbound calls and send emails to a curated list of our very best prospects to discuss JENLOR's Managed IT Services
- Get in the field to knock on doors, attend networking events, and pound the pavement to drum up new business
- Identify decision-makers and uncover IT-related pain points or needs
- Creatively knock down barriers to talk to the right people and schedule discovery meetings for our Founder & Principal Sales Executive
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
- Execute outbound campaigns to drive qualified meetings
- Follow up on referrals and inbound interest quickly and professionally
- Assist in building relationships with key referral partners
- Contribute to a growing sales pipeline that drives predictable revenue
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Write and publish regular blog content to the JENLOR website, coordinating with internal subject matter experts, leveraging AI tools, and contributing your own voice and ideas
- Maintain an active and engaging presence on LinkedIn with regular posts, thought leadership, and prospect-facing content
- Attend industry events alongside team members, represent the JENLOR brand, and follow up with prospects met at those events
- Assist in the direct management of digital ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms), including tracking performance metrics and optimizing for results
- Help coordinate efforts with cold outreach partners, vendors, and other external resources where applicable
- Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns to extend the reach and visibility of the organization
CRM & Reporting
- Manage and update HubSpot CRM with all lead activity, outreach, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead status
- Track and report on key performance metrics across both business development and marketing activities
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach effectiveness

We'll measure your impact through a combination of activity, pipeline, and brand-building metrics, including:
- Outreach activity: 75-100 outbound touch points per week (calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person)
- Appointments set: 4-6 qualified discovery meetings scheduled per month
- Pipeline contribution: Consistently contribute new opportunities to the sales pipeline each month
- Content cadence: 2 blog posts published per month
- LinkedIn presence: 1 post per week on company and/or personal LinkedIn
- Event representation: Attend at least 2-4 industry events per quarter and follow up with all qualified contacts within 48 hours
- CRM hygiene: All activity logged in HubSpot within 24 hours
- Ad campaign support: Assist in monitoring and reporting on active digital ad campaigns with regular performance summaries
Who You Are
You don't need a decade of experience. You need drive, curiosity, and a willingness to figure things out. Here's what we're looking for:
- Hungry and scrappy. You're early in your career and excited to prove what you're capable of. You don't wait to be told what to do. You discover the next big win through creativity, scrappiness and a desire to show what you’re capable of.
- A strong communicator. You can write a cold email, hold a conversation at a networking event with executives and business leaders, and draft a blog post that people actually want to read.
- Self-motivated and organized. You can manage your own time, juggle multiple priorities, and keep yourself accountable in a remote-first environment.
- Comfortable in the field. You're not afraid to pick up the phone, knock on a door, or walk into a room of strangers and start a conversation.
- A learner. You'll need to get up to speed on our services, our ideal customer profile, and the MSP industry, and you're excited to do that.
- Collaborative but independent. You work well with a team but don't need handholding to get things done.
- Comfortable with HubSpot (or willing to learn fast).
- Bonus points for any exposure to MSPs, B2B services, compliance-driven clients, regional networking groups, or digital marketing tools and ad platforms.
