Digital Marketing & Strategy Coordinator

About the Role: 

We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to own and drive our marketing efforts across digital channels. This role blends creative content production, paid media management, local marketing, analytics, and brand strategy to fuel customer acquisition and engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, execute, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns (both national and local / Google Business Profile) 

• Maintain and grow our Google Business Profiles (GBP), leveraging them for local visibility and lead generation 

• Produce compelling social media content (organic) — planning, writing, design (graphics), scheduling, and community engagement 

• Own newsletter strategy and execution: ideation, writing, segmentation, and performance tracking 

• Analyze performance across channels (social, paid, GBP, newsletter), deriving insights and 

making data‑driven recommendations 

• Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies 

• Report regularly on KPIs, growth metrics, ROI, and campaign performance to senior leadership 

Qualifications

• 3  years of experience in digital marketing 

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing (or equivalent) 

• Google Search Ads Certification (or equivalent PPC certification) 

• Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform reporting) 

• Excellent writing and communication skills — capable of crafting newsletters, social copy, and strategy documents 

• Basic design sense; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus 

• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and execute with minimal supervision 

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
