OVERVIEW

The Data Management Support reports to the Department Head of Data Management & Reporting with accountability for providing excellent service for those who have been victims of disaster and for restoring property and lives with a servant’s heart. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for the Data Management Support:
- Assist the Department Head of Data Management & Reporting to maintain the SharePoint home page for employees, including birth dates and anniversaries, as well as Locations and noting management changes.
- Maintain employee photos in SharePoint, creating ID Badges for employees interacting with the public.
- Handle incoming tickets as one of the admins within the project management software to include opening/closing jobs, updating personnel or Date Received fields and assisting with the upkeep of the data.
- Ensure latest Job Numbers are sent to the People Ops Department on a regular basis to allow employees to tag jobs to their timecards.
- Import Job Numbers to our credit card system, Rho, on a regular basis to ensure employees are able to complete their expense reports on time.
- Maintain and create user logins for employees hired, changing roles or exiting Jenkins Restorations/Environmental Services.
- Collaborate with the Department Head of Data Management & Reporting to ensure jobs are closed correctly for commissions, sending final report to Payroll on designated dates.
- Back up for the Department Head of Data Management & Reporting on Power BI report refreshes when required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a record of strong academic achievement.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in software management. Ideal candidates will have experience in the restoration industry or a related field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
The Data Management Support must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of the organization in the English language.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, the Data Management Support should have knowledge of industry-related software, be able to “touch type,” and be familiar with software like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.); able to communicate via cell phone and appropriate apps.
REASONING ABILITY:
The Data Management Support should possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. They should also have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in the English language.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
