CNC Setup Machinist – 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist for our 2nd shift team.
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday
- 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Four 10-hour shifts per week (3-day weekends!)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ CNC machining experience
- Ability to set up and operate CNC milling equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus
- Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
- Accurately follow setup sheets and tooling requirements
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality manufacturing
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with coworkers
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required by the job
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulations
- Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
