Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Title Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will manage title documentation, facilitate administrative operations, and support sales activities to ensure smooth dealership functions. Duties

  • Process and verify vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation with precision and efficiency
  • Assist customers with title transfers, registration paperwork, and related inquiries using clear communication and friendly phone etiquette
  • Manage inventory control and inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking of vehicles and parts
  • Support sales team by maintaining the sales pipeline, updating records, and coordinating outbound sales efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions related to automotive sales, repairs, or dealership services
  • Organize and maintain administrative files, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Facilitate retail sales transactions including cashiering duties while ensuring accuracy in retail math calculations
  • Support dealership operations through effective organizational skills, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence

Experience

  • Previous experience in dealership settings or automotive repair environments preferred
  • Strong administrative experience with proficiency in inventory management and inventory control systems
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
  • Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and retail sales processes
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashiering roles that showcase organizational skills and attention to detail
