What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wrecker Operator position at Jenkins Collision and Towing Center?
Jenkins Collision & Towing Center is looking to add a Wrecker Operator (tow truck driver) to our fleet in the Lakeland Area.
You must have a clean driving record with a Valid Florida Driver’s License. Must be willing to be on call five (5) days a week for rotation calls from LPD, FHP, LSO, and GEICO.
We offer Competitive pay.
$50,000 - $150,000 per year
New hire will be responsible for handling GEICO Tows.
Rotation will be on demand; some auction towing may be required.
Qualifications
- Clean Driving Record with NO Points
- Willing to be on call
- Knowledge of Lakeland and surrounding areas.
- Trustworthy of handling cash tickets
- All towing invoices are turned in daily
- Knowledge of Towbooks Program and US Fleet Tracking
- Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test
- Good References
