Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
• Lead staff training and development to ensure high-quality food handling, customer service, and safety practices
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile registers, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth service during peak hours
• Enforce food safety regulations and hospitality standards to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff
• Support kitchen management by supervising food production, culinary quality, and catering or banquet services when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food industry best practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
• Previous experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-energy setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
