Key Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians and retail customers in selecting and ordering parts
- Accurately process parts orders, returns, and warranties
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Track and follow up on special orders
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
