We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our Back of House (BOH) team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, prioritizing sanitation, and ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly. A great attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are key.
Responsibilities:
- Clean & Sanitize: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain BOH Organization: Properly sort and stack clean dishes and transport them to their respective storage or line areas.
- Kitchen Safety & Cleanliness: Sweep and mop floors, empty trash cans into dumpsters, and keep the dish area organized and hazard-free.
- Support the Line: Assist with basic food prep tasks or restocking kitchen supplies during peak hours as needed.
- Chemical & Equipment Safety: Safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate dish machinery according to safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 40–50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
- Strong team-player mentality with a reliable work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
