We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Virginia Beach store.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure our customers look, feel, and perform their best.
- Greet each customer warmly and assist with their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
- Receive and manage merchandise, including pricing, displaying, organizing, and handling special orders.
- Service group customers effectively.
- Utilize our POS system to process orders, check out customers, and create embroidery work orders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, problem-solving, and support roles.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS register systems.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and behavior that represent Jeness Uniforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people.
- Must have reliable transportation.
