Job Description: Retail Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Virginia Beach store.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure our customers look, feel, and perform their best.
• Greet each customer warmly and assist with their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
• Receive and manage merchandise, including pricing, displaying, organizing, and handling special orders.
• Service group customers effectively.
• Utilize our POS system to process orders, check out customers, and create embroidery work orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, problem-solving, and support roles.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS register systems.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and behavior that represent Jeness Uniforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
