We are a growing independent Delivery Company specializing in Appliance Deliver and Installation. Jenco Delivery is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, safe deliveries, and professional appliance installations. We serve residential customers and retail partners throughout the area and are looking for dependable, hardworking, professional and reliable team members to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver appliances to customers' homes and businesses
- Install and connect appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and microwaves
- Safely load, unload, and transport appliances
- Remove old appliances when required
- Ensure all installations meet manufacture specifications and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and other team members
- Complete delivery and installation paperwork using smartphone
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
Qualifications:
- Appliance installations experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift and move heavy appliance with partner assistance and equipment
- Strong customer service and communications skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
- Appliance, furniture, or similar merchandise delivery and/or installation
- Basic knowledge of appliance installation (Electric, gas, water)
- Box truck w/lift gate experience
- previous customer experience
