Foremen, Top Hands, and Entry-Level (Green) Climbers

Jemtec LLC is a telecommunications infrastructure company supporting tower, small cell, and wireless network deployments for major carriers and infrastructure owners. - Tower Foreman β Lead crews, manage site execution, enforce safety and quality standards
- Tower Top Hand β Perform advanced tower work, rigging, antenna and radio installations
- Entry-Level (Green) Tower Technician β Learn the trade, support crews, grow into a climber role
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications tower equipment
- Climb towers and structures to perform antenna, radio, coax, and fiber work
- Use hand and power tools for assembly, installation, and maintenance
- Follow RFDS, job scope, and client requirements
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain strict compliance with all safety and fall protection protocols
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
- Ability to work safely, reliably, and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for regional project work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Prior tower or telecom experience preferred but not required for entry-level roles
- Industry certifications such as OSHA, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, climbing or rescue are preferred
- Jemtec provides required industry certifications and safety training for qualified entry-level technicians
- Ability to climb towers exceeding 300 feet
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
