What You'll Do
- Hit targeted neighborhoods to generate strong leads
- Run quick, high-impact demos using our app and lighting setup
- Educate homeowners on features, customization, and warranties
- Build urgency, overcome objections, and close deals same-day
- Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and professionalism
What You'll Earn
- Average reps: $2,000–$3,000 per week
- Top performers: $100K–$125K annually
- Uncapped commissions performance bonuses
- True growth path: Closer → Team Lead → Manager
Who We're Looking For
- 1 year of outside, D2D, or in-home sales experience (solar, alarms, roofing, pest, windows, telecom, etc.)
- No D2D background? If you're a proven closer with strong sales ability, apply anyway.
- Record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Competitive, professional, and motivated to grow
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $95, $135,000.00 per year
