Entry-Level Sales Representative | Weekly Pay

Jellyfish Lighting is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to represent our permanent, app-controlled exterior LED lighting systems throughout the Bountiful area.
This is an entry-level field sales position focused on connecting with homeowners and generating qualified appointments. No previous sales experience is required—we provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.
Our office is located in Draper. Team members must be able to attend in-person training and team meetings at the Draper office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Outside of required office days, representatives may have opportunities to work in neighborhoods closer to where they live.
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners through neighborhood outreach
- Introduce Jellyfish Lighting’s permanent exterior LED lighting system
- Generate qualified appointments for the sales team
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Represent Jellyfish Lighting professionally in the community
- Track daily activity and appointment results
Earning Potential
- Average earnings of $1,200–$1,800 per week
- Weekly pay
- Uncapped earning potential

Compensation is performance-based, and individual earnings will vary based on activity and results.
Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Sundays and Mondays off
- Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 AM team meeting in Draper, followed by fieldwork
- Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: Full field days
- Opportunities to canvass in or near your local area based on territory availability
Applicants must be able to commute to the Draper office for required meetings and training.
