We are seeking (3) different IT Cyber Security Analysts to join a major utility company in Milwaukee for direct hires. The openings are for Data Security, Cloud, and Threat Hunting. Must have Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree. Pay: $90,000 - 125,000Job ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and implements appropriate standards and criteria for data security requirementsDesign, develop, deploy and manage enterprise data security solutions including data loss prevention (DLP), data encryption, cloud data protection, as well as data security governance and complianceIn-depth understanding of DLP, Data Discovery, Classification, Encryption, Masking, Tagging and GovernanceConduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential data security threats, including third party cyber risk assessmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data protection measures and best practicesProvide expert guidance on data privacy management and risk mitigation techniquesEnsure KPIs related to data security are accurately tracked and reportedMonitor and respond to data security incidents, implementing corrective actions as neededRegularly review data security policies and standards. Provide input and recommendations to address enhancements and adapt to changing regulations and industry best practicesStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teamsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, computer information systems, MIS, or engineering is preferred.
