Diversity, Inclusion, & Equity Matter to Us

Studies show that diverse candidates are less likely to apply for a position if they do not wholeheartedly believe that they are 10,000% capable of fulfilling the job duties. We would rather have someone who is reliable, a quick learner, functions well under pressure, and has a great personality over a well-experienced candidate any day. We can teach you the skill set.

Jelks Law, PLLC is an equal opportunity employer. We value a diverse workplace and strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQIA individuals, people with disabilities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply. We will not discriminate against you based on who you are, what you look like, who you love, where you come from, or how you were born.
