Role Description
The Alumni Engagement Officer is a full or part-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with partial remote work flexibility. This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with alumni, managing alumni activities, and implementing programs to enhance alumni engagement. Additional responsibilities include planning and coordinating events, executing communication strategies, and maintaining project timelines. Collaborating with different stakeholders and ensuring successful alumni-focused initiatives is central to the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Alumni Relations, Relationship Building, and Communication
- Skills in Event Management, including planning and coordinating alumni events
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee alumni engagement programs from start to finish
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with nonprofit or educational organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
