THE ROLE
Inside Sales Associate to join our talented Manufacturing Inside Sales Department to assist our Inside Sales Team in providing value-added services to our customers.
General Description of Duties:

- Selling and marketing of the below products,
- Commercial & Residential wood flush doors
- MDF router carved and stile & rail doors
- Receive high volume of incoming E-mails and telephone calls
- Maximize margin on sales
- Provide price quotes and quote follow-up
- Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges
- Process and maintain customer orders
- Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders
- Commercial and Residential door frame & hardware product knowledge
- Sales and customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent work habits
- Positive outgoing attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented
- Dedicated to the ongoing growth and development of the sales staff
- Committed to building and maintaining a positive, team atmosphere in the department
