What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader position at JELD-WEN and Careers?
We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you…
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
- Must wear appropriate PPE and maintain a safe working environment. Work cautiously and safely around people, machinery, and equipment.
- Select items in warehouse for shipping from storage areas.
- Inspect all outgoing merchandise for quality and accuracy.
- Communicate with Group Managers and production line with order needs and requirements.
- Be able to read and understand all paperwork and labels associated with production schedules.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly fashion
- Palletize, band, wrap, stage, and load trucks.
- Must perform any other tasks assigned by Group Manager.
