Beverage Sales Representative
Jekyll & Hyde Taphouse and Grill is seeking an experienced Beverage Sales Representative to be an integral part of our dynamic team. We’re looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic person who will add value to our team with their experience and industry knowledge. Market area(s) will include but not limited to Charlotte and its surrounding areas.
POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on-going and consistent market conditions
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for distribution by developing new accounts.
- Prior experience with organizing and traveling to execute in-store sales
- Give weekly progress reports and market insights to the J&H team and management
- Foster and sustain connections with managers and personnel within designated Key Accounts
- Engage in beverage tastings and evaluations to ensure quality control and enhance brand knowledge
- Represent J&H at designated festivals, events, tastings, and promotional activities.
- Managing CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Weekly retail/market recap of execution and performance, providing manager feedback on market
- Work with management team on regular basis in the field. Provide best practice sharing and coordinate in market execution/activation drives against key market/account initiatives, new item launches and/or distribution drives
- Responsible for brand execution at the market level. Brand standards to include pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, display, draft and bottle placement
- Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments
- Monitor and evaluate personal performance on a weekly basis to identify and develop personal areas for growth
QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 2 years
Experience Description:
- Candidate must exhibit a very high sense of urgency, be well organized, possess a great attitude, be a team player and can build strong working relationships with all vendors and clientele
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required
- 2 years of beverage sales experience required (liquor/ alcohol sales preferred)
- Established relationships with vendors, distributors and breweries preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to travel
- Possess a thorough understanding of all aspects of the beer and liquor Industry

Skills:
- Strong Analytical and math skills for budgeting, analysis, etc.
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) – ability to develop and present
