Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Digital Growth Manager to help scale our impact by strengthening our online presence, launching educational content strategies, and expanding our client base—particularly in GMP compliance, training, and auditing services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close new business opportunities in core service areas: GMP auditing/consulting, DEA/GCP/GLP/GDP compliance, clinical supplies, and custom training programs.
Enhance our website’s messaging and SEO, ensuring our capabilities are clearly featured and discoverable by potential clients.
Lead content strategy to build our audience, including blogs, case studies, webinar series, downloadable guides, and event promotion.
Develop and promote educational offerings, such as webinars, in-house seminars, and targeted training sessions (e.g., DEA, clinical supplies).
Showcase our GMP audit and compliance expertise, positioning Jeiven as the go-to partner for regulatory readiness.
Collaborate with internal experts to ensure content and outreach are technically accurate and aligned with company strengths.
Qualifications
Experience in business development or marketing within contract pharma services, GMP/quality assurance, or life sciences consulting.
Familiarity with GMP regulations, audits, and compliance frameworks.
Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, website content strategy, social media, and content creation.
Creative and organized, with experience designing educational programs or thought-leadership campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to build trusting client relationships.
Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
