Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or percentage-based per student (20–30%, based on experience)
Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced Instruction
Are you passionate about helping students unlock their academic potential? We’re looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable SAT/ACT Instructor to join our team and guide high school students through the college admissions testing process with confidence and strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach SAT and/or ACT test prep classes in math, reading, writing, and science (ACT)
- Customize lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning styles
- Provide test-taking strategies, time management tips, and practice assessments
- Track student progress and offer actionable feedback to students and parents
- Inspire and motivate students to reach their target scores
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong command of SAT and/or ACT content areas
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring standardized test prep
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A score in the 95th percentile or higher on the SAT or ACT (preferred)
- Passion for education and student success
