About the Role
We’re hiring a licensed Client Relationship Associate for a long-term, service-focused advisory role that will transition into leading client progress reviews over time.
This position is ideal for an experienced financial professional who understands the industry, enjoys working with clients, and prefers a collaborative, service-oriented role rather than being a primary sales advisor. While this is not a cold-prospecting or rainmaker position, it does carry responsibility and accountability as the role grows.

- Understands the financial services industry
- Enjoys working closely with existing clients
- Prefers a collaborative, service-oriented role
- Is comfortable participating in client meetings
- Does not aspire to be a lead or primary sales advisor
What You’ll Do
- Participate in and eventually lead client progress reviews (While full leadership of client meetings and progress reviews will develop over time, candidates should already be comfortable participating in client meetings and engaging in live advisory conversations.)
- Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted point of contact for assigned clients
- Support ongoing service needs, follow-ups, and plan execution
- Assist with applications, account transfers, and money movement tracking
- Coordinate closely with the Client Service Director to ensure timely follow-through
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, workflows, and documentation
- Identify planning or investment opportunities within existing client relationships
- Support referral growth through strong client service and relationships
This role does not require cold prospecting, outbound sales campaigns, or building a personal book of business. Growth expectations are focused on serving existing clients well and recognizing opportunities that naturally arise through ongoing planning conversations.
Who This Role Is For
This role is a great fit for someone who:
- Enjoys working with clients without heavy sales pressure
- Takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and follow-through
- Prefers collaboration over competition
- Likes being the steady, dependable professional others rely on
- Wants a long-term advisory career focused on service and relationships
If you enjoy supporting clients, executing plans correctly, and being a trusted advisor within a strong team — this role was designed with you in mind.
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

- Minimum of 2 years of financial services industry experience (required)
- Prior experience working directly with clients in an advisory, service, or support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable following established processes and workflows
