Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Summer Camp Counselor role based in Menlo Park, CA. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising diverse activities, guiding campers in games and creative projects, and fostering a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Daily tasks may include facilitating group activities, managing camper safety, promoting teamwork, and engaging with all participants to ensure they have a memorable experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in camp-related activities, including supervising and engaging with children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive environment
- Lifeguarding skills are highly desirable
- Background or experience in education or youth development is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
