We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Social Security Disability (SSD) Attorney to guide and support our team of paralegals and attorneys while managing and overseeing Social Security caseloads.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive reviews of assigned SSD/SSDI cases to determine required tasks and next steps.Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to attorneys and paralegals handling Social Security matters.Communicate directly with clients to address questions, provide updates, and ensure a high standard of client service.Document all case activity, notes, and tasks in the firm’s case management system, FileMaker.Report case status and relevant updates to firm management in a timely manner.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SSD/SSDI attorney.Experience leading or managing a team required.Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of individuals seeking disability benefits.Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in good standing.Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.Benefits:Competitive compensation and bonus structureHealth Insurance401(k)Public transportation reimbursement Accrued PTO and Sick TimeSupportive team culture and opportunities for professional development
