Requirements
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
- Experience with life insurance is preferred but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Communicate with our hot leads
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Ask each customer for referral and explain our referral program
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
- Work independently and as part of a team
