PROJECT ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
We are seeking a Project Architect/Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a solid understanding of all building systems, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
- Demonstrate experience in developing building designs, securing site plan approvals, and producing fully integrated construction documents.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, clear communication, and effective leadership skills.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Engage and manage client relationships
- Develop and interpret program requirements
- Lead conceptual site and building design
- Prepare construction documents, provide bidding assistance, and perform construction administration
- Coordinate and facilitate site plan approvals
- Build and manage project teams
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Architectural license
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong aptitude for design, detailing, and documentation
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant architectural experience
