We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Wholesale Account Associate to join our team and manage relationships with some of our key partners.
Position Overview
The Wholesale Account Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for the independent stores and other key retail partners. This role is responsible for entering and managing orders, ensuring timely shipments, processing payments, and maintaining strong account relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and has strong wholesale or retail account management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day wholesale operations for key accounts.
Attend and sell to wholesale customers at tradeshows.
Customer Service for wholesale customers - includes entering orders, sales, accurate processing of shipments
Monitor shipping schedules and ensuring all orders are received within the designated ship window.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure account needs are met.
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and timely communication.
Analyze sales and shipping performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Answering customer service emails and phone calls in a timely manner, ensuring a resolution for each customer and their needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
5 years of experience in wholesale, customer service, or related role—preferably in fashion, footwear, or consumer goods.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Must be able to travel to tradeshows
