Job Summary
Our Tampa store is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to coordinate workflow across our sales, rental, delivery/transportation, and service teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience coordinating sales, service, or parts operations and billing in a process-driven dealership, equipment distributor, or service business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal service work (vehicle builds, prep, warranty, rentals) from start to finish
- Manage work orders, schedules, parts sourcing, and quality control with technicians and service leadership
- Record vehicle inventory, movement, condition, and serial numbers in our ERP system
- Invoice sales, rental, service and parts orders accurately and on time
- Schedule deliveries and pickups and manage delivery paperwork with multiple drivers
- Inspect completed units to ensure build accuracy and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating among multiple teams and deadlines
- Able to read schematics, identify parts, and understand assembly workflow processes
- Confident using computers and systems (ERP, Excel, email)
- Clear, professional communicator who keeps teams informed
We know golf carts are a niche industry — so we’re looking for a coordinator with operational experience in a process-driven industry with similar departmental structures, such as:
- Automotive, Powersports, RV, or Marine Dealerships
- Construction or Agricultural Equipment Dealerships
- Industrial Equipment Sales & Service Centers (e.g., equipment rental centers, HVAC service centers, building/industrial equipment sales & service, etc)
