Duties
- Responsible for thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and food preparation areas in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning tools efficiently while adhering to kitchen health and safety standards
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies, dishes, and equipment safely using proper manual handling techniques
- Assist in taking out trash, garbage, composting and recycling
- Maintain sanitation standards through regular cleaning routines, ensuring compliance with food safety management protocols
- Other tasks as directed by our Chef
