Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist for an on-site, full-time position located in Norristown, PA. The Physical Therapist will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, improve physical function, and manage pain. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, administering therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. This role focuses on fostering patient well-being and promoting recovery across various settings, including outpatient clinics and rehabilitation environments.
Qualifications
- New DPT graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.
- This is a 32 hours weekly position.
- Expected to be able to manage a mixed caseload of neurological diagnoses (10-15%) and orthopedics conditions 85-90%)
- Proficiency in providing individualized care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
