What’s the Job?
- Validate and update lease data for approximately 4,200 leases, ensuring accuracy across multiple tabs.
- Perform reconciliations between SAP and Oracle systems, resolving discrepancies.
- Support Coupa data conversion prior to system access ending
- Organize and manage large datasets for multiple projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project accounting deliverables.
- Strong experience in reconciliations and general accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, handling large datasets).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage complex data accurately.
- Knowledge of fixed assets and project accounting (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP (nice to have, not required).
