- Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage and resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable transactions
- Assist with vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
- Ensure timely payments and proper documentation for audit purposes
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
