Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Food safety certification (e.g., Serv Safe or equivalent) required. California required certificates/licenses as applicable (e.g., food handler Requirement permit) Several years of experience in large quantity food preparation in a school or institutional setting Some supervisory experience (leading or training others) strongly preferred.
