- Full Time and Part Time1st Shift (6:00AM-2:30PM)
- Part Time 2nd Shift (2PM-10:30PM)
- Full Time and Part Time3rd Shift (10:00PM-6:30AM)
Weekend Differential for EVERY OTHER WEEKEND is $1.00/Hour
Weekend Differential for EVERY WEEKEND is $3.00/Hour

Jefferson Memory Care is a Community Based Residential Care Facility that provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and/or Dementia. We are seeking capable and dedicated Caregivers, or as we call them, Resident Care Coordinators (RCC), to join our wonderful team.
We offer a plus a competitive salary, weekend differentials; full-time benefit package--Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA, Paid Time Off, and fulfilling work experience and opportunities for advancement. Every other weekend rotation required for all employees.
Caregivers/RCC's help coordinate residents with:
personal hygiene
dressing
grooming
nutrition
toileting
change of bed linens
mobility
incontinence care
As a Caregiver/RCC you will help coordinate care to assure quality in accordance with guidelines and regulations under the direction of Resident Health Coordinators.
Background check is required. Must be 18 years old.
Vaccinations are encouraged but not required for employment. Weekend rotation is mandatory for this position.
