In This Job You Will
- Performs all aspects of acquisition planning and workflow activities independently and without oversight.
- Procure hardware, software, total solutions, contract labor, maintenance and services.
- Lead and conduct pre-proposal conferences, source selection/technical evaluation boards and site visits.
- Provide strategic recommendations to internal staff on procurement issues solicitation list and manually create solicitations.
- Analyze, apply, negotiate and document federal contract terms and conditions and need for special terms in accordance to the appropriate contract type.
- Use strong analysis skills and techniques to perform supplier cost/price analysis and document negotiations for all contract types.
- Understand CPSR audits and independently create/submit approval ready documentation.
- Required: 10 or more years of full-time federal procurement/contracting experience.
- Required: 9 or more years Knowledge of terms and conditions appropriate for all contract types required .
- Required: 3 or more years Knowledge and experience with government property administration.
- Required: 3 or more years Give presentation and justify decisions to leadership
- Required: 3 or more years Hardware, Software, Maintenance and license terms.
- Required: 4 or more years Understand and Interpret federal clauses, regulations and flowdowns.
- Required: Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Proficiency in market research and analysis, ICE, CAS, and QASP.
- Understand, apply and maintain compliance with DEAR and FAR contracting regulations in agreements.
- Understand, create and provide federal reports and deliverables to Contracting Officer/Contract Manager.
- Understand use of GWACs and schedules
- Ability to analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to gather, organize, analyze and present data to appropriate sources.
- Understand selection of appropriate NAICS code for procurements.
- Use professional level of expertise in multiple areas and use of discretion and judgment in execution of duties.
- Able to manage and maintain simultaneous, transitional, and emerging priorities, and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
