Job Description:
Provides instructional and behavioral support to students with disabilities under the
supervision of a certified Special Education Teacher. Assists in implementing IEP goals
and classroom accommodations to help students succeed academically and
functionally.
Responsibilities:
Support students individually or in small groups with academic tasks.
Assist with classroom teacher with classroom management.
Communicate with the classroom teacher.
Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Paraprofessional certification preferred.
