Job Description
Your Role as a Registered Nurse
As a new graduate RN, you will play a vital role in patient care, safety, and outcomes. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering compassionate care and performing patient procedures within your scope of practice.
- Practicing safe medication administration and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes.
- Participating in clinical pathways and care coordination initiatives.
- BSN Degree preferred (ADN graduates welcome with commitment to obtain BSN)
- Active RN License (or eligibility to sit for NCLEX)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- A passion for patient-centered care, learning, and professional growth

- Work three (3) 12-hour shifts per week (rotating days & nights)
- Be available to work every third weekend
- Commit to one holiday per season
