Position Overview: Jefferson Northeast Pulmonary Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician to join our esteemed practice. This role involves a dynamic mix of inpatient consult services and outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine, with a focus on sleep medicine patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clinical duties, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Position Overview: Jefferson Northeast Pulmonary Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician to join our esteemed practice. This role involves a dynamic mix of inpatient consult services and outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine, with a focus on sleep medicine patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clinical duties, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient pulmonary consult services at the 3 Jefferson Northeast Hospitals.
- Conduct outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine consultations, with sleep medicine patients accounting for approximately 50% of outpatients.
- Interpret home and in-lab sleep studies performed in the JNE region approximately one week per month.
- Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population within a busy clinical environment.
- Provide equitable night, weekend, and holiday ‘call’ coverage for pulmonary outpatient practice and hospital pulmonary consults.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine (ABIM).
- Strong clinical skills in both pulmonary and sleep medicine.
- Ability to manage a busy inpatient consult service and diverse outpatient practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with Upper Airway Stimulator therapy is an added bonus.
