Jefferson Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our established neurosurgical team serving Bucks County and the surrounding region. This opportunity is being recruited to support continued access to high-quality neurosurgical care within the Jefferson Health system.
Job Description
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive neurosurgical evaluation and treatment in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The position offers the opportunity to build and maintain a robust clinical and surgical practice while working closely with neurology, orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, rehabilitation, radiology, and other specialties across Jefferson Health.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of patients with neurosurgical conditions
- Maintain an active inpatient and outpatient clinical practice
- Perform appropriate elective and urgent neurosurgical procedures
- Participate in neurosurgical call coverage
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Support quality, patient-safety, and program-development initiatives
- Participate in educational and academic activities as appropriate
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery
- Eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- Excellent clinical, surgical, communication, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
