Job Description

- Maintains cost control and evaluates budget needs for operations.
- Collaborates to establish campus plans consistent with mission, strategic operations, quality and safety
- Manages and motivates multiple teams across several initiatives to achieve shared goal, while developing
- Proactively communicates critical issues and intervenes accordingly, prepares and submits timely reports for
- Implements and adjusts workflows to streamline operations and corrective actions for cost control problems.
- Independently leads and facilitates initiatives, in collaboration with senior leaders, key stakeholders and network
- Provides data for developing project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and
- Effectively conducts written and oral project updates for senior management and other leaders
- Maintains ongoing, proactive relationships with all relevant people.
- Recommends and submits for capital expenditures to promote safe and efficient care delivery and sound
- Routinely reviewing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly.
