Job Duties
- Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to organizational priorities
- Translate strategic goals into prioritized product initiatives, features, and enhancements
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities
- Develop and present business cases, including financial modeling, pricing, and ROI
- Product Lifecycle & Execution
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization
- Manage product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization across competing initiatives
- Ensure proper product implementations hand off, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all product designs, benefits, and materials comply with CMS, state, and federal regulations
- Partner with Regulatory to support filings, audits, and regulatory reviews
- Integrate regulatory requirements into product design, timelines, and operational workflows
- Stay current on evolving healthcare regulations and assess product impact
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify and drive process improvements across product development
- Evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements
- Support innovation initiatives aligned to digital health, value-based care, or benefit design
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years product management in healthcare, or related field
- Master’s Degree
- 2 years Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or ACA products
- Product strategy & roadmap ownership
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Stakeholder influence and executive communication
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory environment (CMS, state filings)
- Financial and business acumen
