Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Full-Time CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment. $197,559.03 to $281,521.14

Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Full-Time CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. - Wide variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, urology, neurosurgery, pediatrics and OB

- Teaching opportunities with SRNAs and residents
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists
- Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia care
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training
- Maintain required licensure, certification, and continuing education
- Up to $75K sign-on bonus based on commitment
- 33 days of paid time off annually, plus 7 paid holidays
