- Provide friendly and professional administrative support to physicians, leaders, staff, and patients.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct questions to the appropriate person.
- Prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials.
- Maintain accurate records and organize files while respecting patient and organizational confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, supplies, and other department needs.
- Assist with data entry, tracking information, and completing routine administrative tasks.
- Communicate with different departments and help follow up on outstanding items.
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and colleagues with professionalism and compassion.
- Help identify ways to make administrative processes more efficient and organized.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
