Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Handle all aspects of office management including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Utilize computer skills to prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and QuickBooks data entry to support financial accuracy
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff members or executives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, whether in person or via phone or email
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements, event planning, or other administrative duties as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support specialized roles such as medical or dental receptionist duties when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively

- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management
