POSITION SUMMARY
Works closely with building administration to promote a safe and positive school environment and to develop systems that meet all students' needs. The Student Success Coordinator will provide leadership and assistance with program development and implementation; facilitate meetings and monitor activities which provide and support interventions to students, families, and staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold current Oregon teaching license with appropriate endorsement
- Deep understanding of student behavior, related curriculum development, MTSS, and methods of assessment
- Minimum of five years of classroom teaching experience
- Have standards of moral character as required of all Oregon licensed educators (OAR 584-005-0005)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Adminstrative License or coursework leading to licensure OR Counseling certificate
- Master's Degree
- Experience facilitating RTI and/or MTSS processes
- Experience implementing social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices
- Experience engaging parents as partners
COMPENSATION
- 190-day contract Salary: $50,744-$99,522 (Based on 1.0 FTE) (Will be prorated for remainder of school year)
