Home Health Care allows for independence, ability to practice all skills, function as a patient advocate, interact with the community, provide patients with the best care available and to observe the end results of interventions and teaching and to make a significant difference in a patient’s recovery. Documentation is completed within an electronic clinical record.
Salary Ranges:
- Registered Professional Nurse: $38.44 - $49.52/hr., based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of $10,000
- Public Health Nurse: $39.88 - $51.58/hr., based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of $10,000

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

RN: Completion of a course of study approved by the New York State Education Department as qualifying for Registered Professional Nurse.
- SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Possession of a New York State Registered Professional Nurse's license.
- PUBLIC HEATLH NURSE: A baccalaureate degree in nursing from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four-year college or university and licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.

Diploma graduates are eligible with a current license to practice as an RN in NYS.
- SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Appointees will be required to possess a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State or otherwise demonstrate their ability to meet the transportation needs of the job.
