Caseworker Assistant:
Jefferson County Department of Social Services is currently accepting applications for Caseworker Assistant.
Salary Range: $23.71 - $29.12 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of one year (30 semester credit hours) of study from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university and two years of experience in a human services field. OR
- Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and three years of experience in a human services field. OR

An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Appointees will be required to possess a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State or otherwise demonstrate their ability to meet the transportation needs of the job.
Civil Service Examination is required for permanent appointment.
