ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fills supply orders
2. Delivers supplies and mail
3. Runs postage mail
4. Fills plate orders and sub-locks plates
5. Picks up and delivers inter-office mail
6. Receives USPS mail and time stamps and sorts for delivery
7. Receives UPS mail and logs tracking numbers and delivers
8. Responsible for picking up company van every morning
9. Answers phone
10. Unload and stock supply shipments
11. Handles odd jobs (replaces light bulbs, hangs pictures, etc.)
12. Performs other duties as assigned by the manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Kentucky resident
- Able to be bonded
- Kentucky driver’s license
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Able to operate office equipment including computer, printer, fax, copier, and multi-line phone
- High school education or equivalent
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is physical in nature with clerical and data entry responsibilities. It requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. The work at times requires bending, squatting and reaching, with the ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and to push or pull weights up to 400 pounds or more with a pallet jack.
