Jefferson County Board Developmental Disabilities (JCBDD) is seeking a Service Support Administrator (SSA) Assistant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field is required
- Possession of or ability to obtain Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities SSA certification is required
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with the community and its resources is preferred
JOB DUTIES:
- Collects, organizes, and maintains individual records (medical, school, provider reports, assessments)
- Prepares forms, letters, and routine correspondence on behalf of SSAs
- Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and routine data summaries for the SSA department
- Assists with data entry into case management systems
- Tracks deadlines and compliance timelines for SSAs
- Maintains accurate filing systems (electronic and paper) for individuals served
- Assists with training logistics, distributing materials, and maintaining resource libraries
- Completes accurate documentation in keeping with requirements of the County Board and any applicable Medicaid requirements
- Maintains professional ethics and ensures information and materials are kept confidential following all HIPAA and Board policies and procedures
- Participates in the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) program and completes Random Moment in Time Study
- Reports Major Unusual Incidents to include alleged abuse/neglect in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Administrative Rule, and County Board policies and procedures
- Performs other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor and/or superintendent
